Terms of Service

PAYMENTS:
• Payment will be via Paypal/Kofi only. Payment is expected to be upfront for commissions under $90. I will not accept any holds, so please only request a commission if you can pay within 24 hours of being confirmed.• Payments can be split to be paid 50% upfront and 50% after completed work for commissions that are above $90.REVISIONS & WIPS:
• Revisions during sketch are complimentary, but changes past the sketch phase will require a fee or if severe enough will be charged as a new commission.• For non-skeb style commissions, a WIP will be sent of the sketch, then flats, then the final artwork.• A transparent background version may be requested depending on the commission type.DEADLINES & DELIVERIES:
• Commissions generally will take between 2 weeks - 4 months to complete depending on queue workload.• Progress will be made at the convenience of the artist if a hard deadline is not specified.• You can check the progress of the commission on my Trello.TERMS OF SERVICE:
• I have the right to deny any commissions I am not comfortable with.• The commissioned artwork you receive may vary slightly in art style as I may fluctuate as I create over time.• It is entrusted that the customer has read the T.O.S. before commissioning the artist.• Payments are expected to be converted into USD. No refunds are available unless I am unable to finish your commission.• The artwork will be used as a portfolio examples, and the drawing process may be streamed. I do not provide a service to keep commissions private.• Confirm you have a reference of the character (unless you are commissioning a custom made character); I don’t mind whether it is a full fledged character sheet or an edit on a base. Please confirm that the reference sheet does not have a tile watermark or a large centered watermark. I will return requests if the reference is not clear and without a distracting watermark.• The character(s) that will be drawn may be changed before I start sketching your commission or while you are in the waitlist. If the commissioner wishes to change the character after a sketch is created, then the customer may be subject to additional charges.• Any customer attempting to commission hateful or controversial art (art that is homophobic, racist, incestual, pedophilic, etc.) will be ignored and possibly blocked/blacklisted.• Art pieces produced by me cannot be used for commercial use unless discussed otherwise.• Art pieces produced by me cannot be used for AI use under any condition.• Lastly, please mention if you have a deadline or not so I can schedule properly, or deny the commission if I cannot make time for it. If no deadline is mentioned BY THE COMMISSIONER, then I will work at my own pace.• At the moment, my overall turn around time is 2 weeks - 4 months to complete the commission, however, this wait period can extend or shorten depending on the commissioner's position in the queue, type of commission, or current workload. Rush Fees are currently not available.• Wips: I can send ‘work-in-progress’ pictures as frequent as the customer wishes! Typically, the minimum wips I send are of the sketch and the flat colors before I send the final render. If the customer prefers to not receive WIPs and would rather receive the full product at once, please notify me.• The customer is allowed to repost and/or edit the commission as long as they do not remove/ hide/ edit the watermark or claim to be the artist of the piece. Please credit me with " @sslicie " if you respost the artwork on other social medias.• Do Not Use the Commission for AI Art or NFTs, please! I do not support AI Art generators or NFTs and I do not consent the usage of my artwork for them. Thank you.

Do I have to pay for extras?
For extra characters, such as a couple art piece or a group art piece, raises the price, but tiny accessories (purses, briefcases, foods, drinks, etc.) are free of charge. Reference my pricing page for a general cost, or contact me for more precise pricing.Currently, extra characters are priced full price, with the exception of rendered illustrations.How do I contact you?
Social media DMs are the fastest way to communicate with me! Check out the contact page on here as well for more links out to my social media.What is a rough estimate of when my commission will be finished?
Unless the customer provides a deadline that I have agreed to, typically within 1-2 months. If I have a queue I am working on, I will inform you when I will be able to start on your sketch and when it will be finished. Check my trello for the waiting list or the progress done on your commission if you've already paid for it!When do I pay? Is it a half up front and half later? Or do I have to pay all upfront?
Typically, I accept payment after the commissioner decides on a sketch after I have sent thumbnail sketches. Otherwise, art pieces that are $80 + can have split payment where 50% of the final purchase is paid after the sketch and the other 50% is paid after the art piece is completed. Payment can be sent upfront if the customer prefers that over the "After Sketch" policy.Can I use your art as my profile picture/banner/icon?
Yes, of course! I'd be honored. You can use my art for anything that is personal use. I only don't permit the using of my art for merchandise or commercial use (unless discussed otherwise).I don’t have a reference sheet but I have a character in mind that I want drawn. What can I do?
You can use avatar apps or bases and ask me for minor changes if you’d like, but I cannot create an art piece for your character if it does not have a reference.Can I commission someone else’s character?
If you have their permission/ if they are okay with that, of course you can! I don’t mind at all making a gift for someone.What can I expect commissioning you?
I will dedicate a part of my time to completely focus on your commission to make sure I provide my best effort. I truly appreciate any customer who is interested in my artwork enough to pay for it, so I will respect your time and money by giving my best work. SPARKLING CHIBIS

Base Price: $45

➢ Pets, plushies, weapons, and similar non-clothing accessories are considered large props.A detailed chibi! This style allows for more pose flexibility and adding of details, while still mentaining a cute chibi form. Complex characters may have some simplification. I can draw group/ship art in a chibi style with up to four characters.

Base Price: $35Flat price commissions that you can buy singularly or in a bundle! This style is meant to semi-detailed so that you can use as a discord sticker. Complex character designs will have their patterns, clothing, etc. simplified.Status: UNAVAILABLE

Customs

Fullbody: $85+
Fullbody + alternate outfit chibi: $125+Any other variations of a custom, such as redesigns or additional art, will require more discussion with me before receiving precise pricing. Customs take me the longest, and may take anywhere between 2-6 months to be perfected to your liking.I can work off a vague concept or a moodboard initially, but complexity and more specifications may require additional fees.
